Fasting

Day 1 – 13/08/2020

Time: 5:59 p.m.

Woke up at 4:30 p.m. Brisbane time with something poking around my pelvic area. Genital implants/clamps. I know it’s gross. But this is what this post is about.

We all have these implants within us when we get born on earth and although we can clear them, if we don’t stay on top of things they can get re-attached to us.

So I have been trying to clear them through meditation and true source of love and light healing energies. It is taking me a while to do that but I am focused on clearing this.

I have started another 7 day fast to help with this.

This means no processed foods, sweets or cooked foods.

I am starving the lizard brain. The brain that keeps people in control but making them addicted to things like alcohol, sugar, fast foods etc. It is a thing and fasting has helped me before to clear these a lot more easily.

Fasting helps you and your brain to feel clear enough to actually meditate to clear these things from your body.

Fasting is a hard thing to do. I am fasting for 7 days. I am mostly going to be eating raw fruits and vegetables, no meat, maybe some vegetable soup.

The aim to starve the lizard brain so much that the dark can’t come through into my energies and exact their control over me. They do that through food. It’s disgusting really.

I am sipping on a 1 litre bottle of lemon water because it is a natural detox for the body and helps your liver expel fats that have been stored.

I have been fasting for about 1 hour and I know how hard it can be. But I have done it before and it has definitely helped me with my concentration in meditation and when I have fasted it makes it easier for guides to clear you (and help you) get rid of these nasty things.

I am fasting with foods because I have been wanting to go vegetarian for a while but it hasn’t been easy to that. And that is because of too many bad habits. I hope that fasting will help me to let go of these bad habits and really concentrate on what I want on this journey.

Getting free from dark control is also another bonus. What you eat is everything…
