I am true source of love and light Archangel Michael come to you today with a message about peace and serenity within. It is hard to stay in a place of high vibration especially with how much the energies seem to fluctuate. But I can tell you that if that is what you choose to do on a daily basis, I can tell you that it is worth it. It is hard work to stay in a high vibration especially when you have a lot of things you need to heal within yourself. But if you take those healing modalities you learn from other light workers and apply them to your daily routine on a daily basis you will closer and closer to achieving those goals. The benefits of staying in a high vibration will do wonders for you. It will mean that you can stay in your missions a lot longer than if you are constantly trying to fight against negative interference’s. This can negate any work you are trying to do for yourself on a daily basis. They love to interrupt your daily spiritual practice. They love to make it hard for you all to progress in this life. They do not like that you are doing so and will do everything in their power to deter you from that path. But you cannot deter. You cannot defer. You cannot leave the path you have chosen for yourselves just because it is hard. It will always be hard for you to keep going if you have indeed picked the hard and arduous road. Pick the easier road and raise your vibration. Breathe the breath of life of the higher realms. Focus on the tops of your head and imagine that you are breathing in Gods source of love and light into your bodies and watch as your bodies begin to taste the higher dimensional air. It is good to continuously be up in these realms. It is what was always meant for you. You are needed in these higher dimensions not just the 5th dimension. You can and will go higher. As days go on and on you will discover that you can indeed go higher and higher. There will be no more shackles placed upon your ankles so to speak. You will them being taken off of you quickly as you rise and rise to greater heights. You can do it young ones. You are already there. You did it. Now it is just a point in believing that you have done and staying here. Doubt will seep in and try to deter your light. It will try to get you to give up and go downward. But you can not any longer because your soul has breathed in this high light and cool air of the highest dimensions you can imagine. You are here and you have done it. Stop questioning it. You have done it. You have clearly done it and any other negative interference that is trying now is only here to show you how much you have actually achieved and they want to bring you back down to their level again. Do not let them do that. Enough is enough and you have all risen to the light. You have all successfully ascension into the 5th dimension. Now what will you allow.
