I am true source of love and light Archangel Sandalphon here to talk to you all today about grounding your energies into Mother Earth. It is so important to ground your energies into Mother Earth at this stage of your ascensions. It means that if you do the safer you will all be. Grounding is the first step that young light workers learn on their ascension journey. It keeps them safe and whole for the coming years ahead and helps them to know themselves more on a spiritual level then ever before. That is needed now to. Even if you are some of the most seasoned light workers you need to continue to keep grounding your energies and feeling yourself and knowing yourselves as you are now. If you lose that connection it is easier to be manipulated by higher energies or even negative energies. It is something to consider if you are walking out in nature. Imagine yourself bearing the fruit of the mother earth and walking with her as she lives. The nature you have means that you have everything you could ever need. Spend time in nature as you see it. Touch a tree in passing. Walking your bare feet into the soft green grass and just be with that for now. IT will help ground your energies. It will you to feel more connected now more than ever. The time is now. So, go do. Go do this now. It is important just like everything else in your lives. This is just as needed. This is just as important. So, go and do this young ones. Go and be free to run through fields and be with nature. You are true Gods children of love and light and come directly from true source here to do good in the world. So, to do good work you must be at peace with everything around you and that start with being grounded in the Earth.
