Another portal. More change and letting go.

What does that mean for you?

It means if you want to shift into a better world , time line than it is about time that you start making some changes.

What is no longer serving you? Name it! Now get rid of it.

Cleanse, clear and repeat.

I’ve started to clean and to organise. I am seeing my mess, my literal mess with new eyes. I need to clear, clean and not ignore any more of the messes that are around me. It is time to make way for the new. MAKE WAY!

So when you look at your life, what do you and what do you want to get rid of? What do you REALLY want to make way for?

I have been looking at all that I have and everything is old and is not serving me and it definitely doesn’t give me any joy. I am going to have to clean and clear up all the paper, writing pads, books, old clothes and other stuff. I just have to get rid of all of it.

There is this weight on my heart that doesn’t want to seem to lift and no matter how much I try, I can’t seem to raise my vibration any higher than it is.

For that reason, I am fasting. Fruit and vegetables (All raw) and 1 WEEK to see if it is going to change. I will write up my fasting journey as other posts so anyone wanting to get on board and is been putting off change for this whole entire year, than make the decision to change and just DO IT!

I am sick and tired of my own excuses as I have gotten to a place where I am sick and tired of everyone else’s excuses. It may just be the vibration I am currently on, but I also want to be and practice authenticity because lying just grates my teeth.

The 21st December, 2020…is supposed to be the day that we will all be experiencing a HUGE shift in everything. I guess with the need to want to cleanse everything in my house, room, office and more that means that the shift is going to be huge…like ENORMOUS.

I am merely writing this based on what I have watched and my own intuition so…until then it is going to be a hefty ride.

I have also been experiencing weird fights with my family as of late, boundaries are still being crossed where I find myself having to fight tooth and nail to be heard and seen. That gets tiring let me assure you of that…I hope that as I fast the energy starts to change around me it will get better. I am at about 49-51% optimistic about the outcome.

I was going through a healing with seven Arcturian healers where they told me that if I don’t get clear, with fasting etc, that I will still have implants etc in me and will be stuck in 4D when I want to move into 5D. I am not 100% sure if that is real or not, but check in with your guides. It is just something that I have been feeling lately.

The “I have to get clear”…is one of the most persistent mantras that have been going on in my head for months now. I don’t know why it has taken me so long to fight the urge to give up and just do it. I know once that I do that I will have enough energy to keep going. It is all about just ignoring what is going on inside your head and doing what you know you have to do.

It is a challenge. But that is why we are here isn’t it? To fight the dark stuff and to the light or the higher consciousness, thriving stuff in our lives. I just started coughing/choking on that last sentence I just wrote. And as I do, I am still being poked and prodded by icky stuff.

When it is hard, keep going. Minute by minute, hour by hour until its just a habit and by the end of it you may feel the best you have ever felt in your whole life. That is what I am aiming for.

The Narcissistic Empath, The Victim, The Self-Pitier, and the Light Worker

*There are some personal things in this post about suicide, please read to the end before giving out any judgement. Thank you.

There is is a kind of person that I have known for awhile, and no I will not be talking about the person, but my experience of her as a whole.

The title definitely describes the kind of person I am talking about. I am sure that there are more words that can be used to describe her, but the list would be too long to write in the title. It gives you an idea though.

I know that we are all in different parts of the journey here and we are all going to the same place; Source and Ascension. But this person made me realise something.

It was a hard lesson for me to learn and a lot of what I previously believed had been shattered.

I thought we would go on this path together for a very long time. She was one of my closest friends on this journey, but everything started to change as I had started to heal and look closely at my crap.

Now, I don’t really know for sure how much she actually worked on herself and how much she was actually willing to do. But she said that she was constantly working on herself.

She was a hard worker when it came to things in the 3D, but if she had to start her mission work she was reluctant; as we can all get sometimes. But I know I have to do mine. That is not my ego. I can feel this energy within me that is pushing me further and further along this path and I don’t think it is going to stop unless I am at the finish line. I don’t know where that is going to be, maybe when I finally make the move to my next NEW destination and then maybe it will calm down.

But who knows? I have a life path that is making me go forward and I can’t wait around any longer for other people to catch up to me. Again, not ego. This feeling within just won’t shut up. I’m not sure if that is a good thing or not. But that’s what it feels like.

Anyway, I didn’t know how faraway energetically we were getting until one day I started to feel like my voice was being shut down. I could feel my throat chakra being closed up and I just chalked it up to negative energies.

What we don’t realise is that not all negative energies come from negative beings, but also our human friends and family. (Or maybe you do)

I found myself having to quiet my own voice more regularly because she would then shut me down…a lot.

That caused some resentment in me and I didn’t know what to do about it.

What could I do? She was my friend and I thought I was handling it the best way that I could. I was wrong.

We fought. A fair few times. Three times all up. The big fights, not the many small ones leading up to these.

It was all of her reactions that seemed to have the most emotional trigger. The fights would then be put on me as being my fault, but these kinds of things are a two way street.

I found myself apologising for the first fight and being the most remorseful even though it wasn’t entirely my fault.

The second fight, now I don’t even remember most of it. But I ended up getting fed up with her and telling her how I feel only for her to get triggered again and than send me an epically long message and a lot of very hurtful things.

She spoke about how she hoped or wondered why she even told me various things and even suggested that my future daughter, because she had spoken to her higherself, wouldn’t want to be born to me and my twin flame anymore because I was being mean.

I was the one who told her about my daughter because I saw her in a vision with my true twin flame. I saw this vision months before I even told her about it.

Suffice to say, I spent a good half hour in the shower crying about it and having a panic attack from what she said. I haven’t had a panic since I was 18 years old. I am now 31.

In these situations, I feel like what I said to her was long overdue and that if she felt triggered it wasn’t my fault because I stayed as calm as could until I couldn’t stay calm anymore.

I ended up not speaking to her for a good month and half. In that time, she never once took my silence to actually mean I needed time. She kept commenting on my social media posts which until up to this point I chose to ignore her.

I don’t like confrontation with people in general. But when push comes to shove I am quite capable of eviscerating people where they stand with my words. I know that is not healthy and I have been trying to tell other people how I feel when I feel it and the only person I can truly tell how I feel without the judgement or the ridicule is my true twin flame.

He is a bit on my side, but he is older and wiser than me and wants the best for me, so he tells me the truth and how I probably shouldn’t have handled that the way I did. But he loves me so I didn’t take offense to his honesty, which means I have probably grown a fair bit from my old self that would of lashed out irrationally at him and cut all ties.

I heard out what he had to say and told him my side of what happened and he understood, thankfully.

The third time, and the last time that I have spoken to her, she got very upset because she had sent me another low vibrational message that I didn’t read the whole through because I swear to you that I have heard this exact message before just in a different way many, many, many times before.

She was upset with me, as was her right. But she did lash out and if it is possible to get “yelly” over messenger, than that is how I would describe what she was.

I am highly sensitive and not just because I am an Avian star seed and we are usually more sensitive than other star seeds, but I could feel her anger rolling off my phone.

But she didn’t stop what she was doing. And blamed me for my messages in response to have being influenced by negative beings.

However, I know I was being attacked in this time, but negative beings only use what they can from your own emotions that you have either been ignoring or didn’t know was there.

So at this point, I am just reading all the hateful messages and trying to stick up for myself and then I went and told her the truth of it, because you cannot tell her anything without her blowing up at you.

It doesn’t matter that it was your truth and is your truth. It triggered her, so that means it had and has to be wrong. So, because of that, she lashes out.

Whatever was going on with her was a mixture of negative energies influencing her words, anger, self-pity and some other things as well that she hasn’t dealt with and a vibrational state that she doesn’t seem to want to get free of.

What she wanted from me, was sympathy and a pat on the head that told her her emotions were valid and that she could keep going on this way.

She blames everyone for her circumstances, knows she has to do something to get out of them, but doesn’t do anything to change.

At this point, I was getting tired of dealing with her. I didn’t even realise that I was getting sucked back into a cycle that I had been glad for one and half months to be free of.

In this time, we spoke for about a week before I knew I needed to get away from her energetically.

She told me she was suicidal and that you shouldn’t berate someone who was suicidal, but what you have to understand is that she comes in and out of these feelings and doesn’t do anything. She knows she has to be better, do better, start mission, heal herself but she wants the easy fix.

I understand what it is like to be so low myself and manic depressive as well as very suicidal and I still battle with it now but it is less than it was.

I can’t go back there. I can’t even entertain that vibration again because I have lived and I have risen above it and I am trying to make my life better and the way I want it. But she was and I’ve been told by my Mentor/Teacher/Healer that she would bring me down again. Or that was what she was unknowingly doing.

She attacked me with very abusive language and at this point I was done. I told her the truth and that she attracts where her vibration is at and she know this, but has been ignoring it for so long.

She posts a lot of negative minded things on social media and complains a lot about her life wanting sympathy from people. Doing that won’t bring her out of where she is at. And it was not good for me.

She has blocked me on all social media and I am actually grateful for that. I know that is a little selfish but I had just started to get back into music again, but in the time of that week that I was speaking to her, I did not feel, hear or want to play my music.

It was only after I stopped talking to her, that I started to sing again.

That is the Narcissistic Empath. The Victim. The Self-Pitier and The Light Worker all in one.

I know some of you will not agree with what I did because she has said she is suicidal, but when I was suicidal I never told anyone about it. I kept it to myself. And when I did that, I heavily contemplated ended my own life on many occasions.

People who are suicidal don’t tell anyone they are, they just kill themselves. I hope those who are that read this know that they are not alone and to please, please talk to someone about how you feel. Someone who you can trust with what you are saying and to not think you are joking.

This friend has used “I am feeling suicidal” many times but once she works through her emotions she’s ok in the end and can keep going.

It is just her way to seek attention and have some one listen to her moan about the next thing that she feel is unfair.

I feel like she has said this for so long and hasn’t done anything about it because she likes the way it makes her feel to have people come to her rescue. She is currently waiting for her twin flame to come and rescue her from her situation, but he can’t even rescue himself from his own.

I am sorry about talking about the suicide that she was telling me about in a abrupt or insensitive way in this blog post. But I feel like it is attention seeking narcissism. She doesn’t actually want my help, she just wants to bitch.

That gets tiring, if I am honest. I was getting so tired talking to her. That when she blocked me, I was sad for a bit but after awhile I realised one thing. I was FREE.

Channelled message from the Arcturian Galactic Counsel of Light

We are the true source of love and light Arcturians from the Arcturian Galactic Council of light and we are here to talk to you all today about what is going on in the higher dimensions.

There is more light coming your way. More energies that need to be acclimated to the human beings. We are expanding your consciousness more so now because of what we are all moving into.

The ascension journey you are all on is going as expected with only a few hiccups here and there. That is to be expected as change cannot stay unless we are all willing to change.

Those that are still asleep won’t know what is coming towards them and you can expect them to be out of sorts. They will know intuitively that something is happening, but they won’t know what.

Slowly they will be awakening into the world that is being created and some will stay were they are to live in the 3rd dimension as they still require learning.

It can also be said that they stay in the 3rd dimension out of fear and that is okay, it is all a learning process. But send these people love and prayer for them, but don’t expend too much energy on them as they are mostly closed off to that.

Don’t expect them to change so quickly overnight. Give them the space to experience what they need to so that they can wake up on their own with their own free will. You cannot force someone to have an awakening and maybe their soul knows that they are not quite ready for that yet.

The people who are meant to ascend with us will and those that will come later and follow us into a more higher state of awareness will come when they are ready. No one is going to be left behind that wants to ascend.

People are constantly changing and that is what we are experiencing and learning by watching the humans on earth. You are teaching us that you will all come to your own understanding of things at your own pace.

There is no rush to come into an awakening as those people who rush an awakening will find it the hardest to stay there and move through it and will want to go backward.

That is why letting a person experience things and make the conscious decision to change and become more aware is the better choice. It is too hard on the mind otherwise.

It may quicken their ascension, but it will slow down their progress as they will have fears coming up quickly to be released. Some humans who have had a rushed awakening do not know how to deal with what is happening to them.

This can force them to go back under the control and disbelieve anything that is being told to them that is truth that all awakened people are discovering.

What you need to know is that all people who awaken and feel that they are not ready for what is happening to them and then go back under will come back to be awakened individuals.

They just needed the practice of what it would be like for them as a sort of preparation for what is going to continue to happen. We cannot force them, and we shouldn’t. For all those who have awakened, just love those who are not.

Show them the way and when their souls feel they are ready than that individual will feel ready and they will go through a shift. It is all in divine timing.

Everything happens for a reason and happens for the highest good of all human beings. Some of you have forced your own awakening and that is because your soul was growing tired of what you were experiencing that you then needed to awaken.

Do you not remember how hard that was for you even though that is what you had chosen? It is hard on anyone. That is the truth. The strongest souls can do it and then they show the rest of you that you can also, and they lead the way.

They strongest awaken first because they know they can go through all of it. All the hardships and the mass healing and the constant healings of the millennia of crimes done against each and every one of you.

The times are changing now and more and more of those criminal beings who have done wrong to the human race are going to be charged with the wrongs they have done to the people.

It is the law of one and the laws of the universe that mean that we can do this. Now more of you will be experiencing what you are. But first chaos had to show you all what was happening.

You needed to see what was underneath the shields that a lot of the world leaders where hiding behind. Now that they can no longer hide, now that they are coming to terms for the wrongs they have done to the people of earth are seeing it all. They are coming to the fact that they have rights.

That change, huge change is upon each and every one of you and that you will be receiving all that was taken from you.

The light has your back, and we are working to make it so that the dark can no longer do these things anymore to anyone ever again. It is changing. There is more chaos to come.

I am true source of love and light Archangel Uriel and I am here to talk to you all today about the changes that are going on Earth right now.

There is a lot of chaos and a lot of the earth’s world leaders are taking from humans what is not there’s.

The dark influences your world leaders to make sure that the human race is still under their control and although this seems to becoming more common knowledge there are still some leaders who think that they can get away with what they are doing.

That is not the case and they will come up on charges when all has bring brought to the light don’t you worry.

The Australian world leader has been taking liberties with the people and all that he is doing will soon be coming to light. There is only so much that we as Archangels and light beings can do for you.

You have to be the ones to take action but know that we are on the side of what is right for the people and being under control by the dark, being homeless, or without enough income to live on earth is not what you are here for.

What the purpose of the true human beings on earth is to live and experience life as a whole and to thrive and be the best versions of yourselves that you can. You are all part of source and when you first went out to discover what it is to be human; you were excited.

You were promised certain things before being born on earth and that was taken away from you.

We have watched and have stood by long enough. The world is changing now, and we are proud of all the lightworkers, star seeds and twin flames who have helped to share that the way you were once living is not how it was supposed to be.

You as human beings were always meant to thrive and live in the light. This darkness that has been on you for millennia was a huge, horrible trick that no one saw coming.

There is always one person who just wants to have more than what they are meant for and they will do all that can to make sure that they will be better than another, more famous, or more wealthy…but the thing is young ones of earth…those things do not matter.

You are beginning to relearn what is and are fighting to now keep this new realisation.

Money and fame are not something to strive for and the beings who are sought after this now know that there is always a price to such things.

Now if you experience a lot of money and fame but are doing so by staying in your light but find you are doing things a lot of people are going to like and this is making you famous that is another thing.

This is happening for a reason and you shouldn’t shy from it. There are people who are going to be coming into fame on your earth who aren’t going to want to be that far in the spotlight, but they do not have the choice. For what they are doing is important for the world.

They will be bringing a light to all the people of earth and that is going to be appreciated. If you feel like you are one of these people, please know that we only expect you to follow your intuition and do what feels right for you. That is the difference between the light and dark side of fame.

The dark side of fame wants your soul, your energy and everything you have. The light just wants you to share as much of yourself as you are willing to. Do not feel like you have to bare all to us as we need you to stay as grounded in your own truth and your own self-worth as possible.

We of the light just want you to share what you love with the rest of us. To join hands with us, sing with us, dance with us and most of all love with us. Never expect someone of the light to make you do anything that you are not comfortable with. No. We do not want that. It needs to be an equal sharing of energy between us. That is what we need to exercise on earth, the equal sharing of energy.

Anything that goes beyond that, that makes you feel less or that you are not worthy is not of the light. We are here now to really help empower all the human beings of earth to really stand in their truth and their light that is what we want for all you now.

Believe us when we say that. If you come across anyone who is trying to make you feel like you have to give more than what you are comfortable and willing to give, know that they are still being controlled by the dark and the old ways. It is time to let go of the old ways now and move into the light of the new consciousness.

We are all rising together and on earth that is important for us all to thrive together. We do not need to be suffering as we have been for so long. There is more coming for all of us, for those on earth and in the higher dimensions. There is more coming. Believe in that and stand in your light. And know that we in the higher dimensions are working towards making sure that each and every one of you on earth will no longer be at the mercy of your world leaders.

I activate the knowledge that there are things about this journey that I may still fear but I know that I will find the right people that will come to me when I am in dire need of assistance.

Prayer, blessings from above

I bless myself almost every day. With true source of love and light energies.

It isn’t necessary to do this, as we are all blessed by true source of love and light.

I bless myself, my car, my room and my bed because it helps me to shift my way of thinking. I get attacked by negative energies pretty regularly, so anything I can do to raise my vibration helps immensely.

Belief is the main thing. Belief in yourself and your innate power. Each one of us are pretty powerful beings and we can manifest anything into our being. Believe it. Believe that you deserve everything you want. As long as it affects no one else, harms no one else than you should be alright.

But be careful, powerful manifestor, think carefully for what you want because it will come to you whether you want it to or not.

Your thoughts will manifest to you whether you think about it from a positive or negative mindset.

We are all blessed and blessings of true source of love and light. Start seeing your power and that that is the ultimate truth and watch your blessing start to come through.

Get into the state of a “GRATITUDE” based vibration and that is the vibration for manifesting what you want will actually come through.

It is also an accumulation of your vibration, your thoughts patterns and your spiritual practice.

Most people know the value of having a high vibration and that your thoughts patterns also shape your universe (reality that you are experiencing), but spiritual practice helps to centre ourselves.

We then can get closer to true source of love and light (God) and hear our higher selves better and other guides that want to come through.

So, say your prayers, see your blessings and your value for being here.

Channelled Message from Archangel Michael

I am true source of love and light archangel Michael here today to talk to you about the energies that are coming through for all twin flames. It is affecting everybody, not only twin flames but it seems to be the focus for today.

Twin flames are an important part of the earth Ascension and without them not a lot can actually shift. Even though the light has won mostly over the dark there are still some chaotic parts of Ascension that are going to happen. Not is all as it seems. A lot of what is happening is to bring light to the surface all things that have not been working for the earth. Such things as child abuse and the abuse of women in the sex trade have all been things that have been lifted because of the chaos.

There is nothing to worry about twin flames everything is going as it should according to divine timing. Everything is as it should be. Now the energies are just going to continue to get wilder and wilder at this stage as the last purging of all the old is coming up to be let go. This is an ongoing process for a lot of you and you should not hold onto anything that is coming up but let it go into the light. It will not serve you in your Ascension so let it go.

You will see after you have that you will wonder why you have held onto it for so long. Those things were only with you to make living in the 3D easier. But now as we are moving into the 5th dimension all we need to focus on is the love and the unconditional love we feel for all. Don’t get things twisted up.

This doesn’t mean we expect you to let others walk all over you in such a way that is demeaning to what you want to now accomplish in this new light. No, that is not what we want for you. What we want is for you to understand that anything is possible for you and that your voice and what you believe and want in your life is important and necessary for these next steps.

As a one conscious people working towards bringing the world into a higher state of consciousness, we can only love each other wholly. This mean that even if another person has a different state of belief, we need to actually be open to that person’s belief. If we can listen to them long enough, we will see that they are in fact on the same road as us but just taking a different journey.

If you believe that a person is in trouble for any reason or you think they are coming off their true path, let them know in a loving way that is what is happening. Do not judge them for where they are at let them come to their own conclusion.

You can only say so much before you need to let them be themselves in the present moments they are in. This whole earth experience is about letting people experience what they need to so that they can help people in the next stage of what is going to level them up. Twin flames are their own person. We can’t control and should never control them as they need to experience what their path has for them. You can prayer for their protection, but they have free will. There is only so much you can do right now for them, especially for those who are not in union yet. Wait and watch as they learn and grow, and you will grow right along with them.

This is what we mean by unconditional love. You wouldn’t want them to try and control you over your journey. So, you just have to love them for where they are at. We all know that all you twin flames want to get into union right now, but please believe in the plan that the universe has for you. This is all working towards divine timing as you will.

The purpose is to make sure that you heal and grow as an individual because when you come together in union you will both be so wrapped up in the other that you may get lost in the love of the twin flame union and lose yourself in the process. What we need and want for twin flames is for them to come into harmonious union and you can’t do that if you are worried about losing yourself to another. It cannot work that way.

One must know who they are before they can fully come into union without any fear whatsoever. Fear of losing yourself is a funny thing and can happen to anyone at any stage of union or their ascension. But you are not losing anything. You may in fact be gaining something more than you ever thought possible. You are of the light, each and every one of you reading this and you all have the potential for greatness. But there are still small things that are standing in your way of what could be.

It is the little bits inside of you that are hiding. Fears that you don’t even know are there are keeping things from actually progressing. Don’t let that happen and trust that this time apart from your twin flame is for a reason. You are strong and unique people of earth.

You are starseeds and lightworkers and every single one of you here has a purpose that needs fulfilling. Please know that because all of you exist and work towards the light and be in the light as much as you are, just being here in this time and space means you are working your mission. Believe in the universe and that the timing of everything that you want in your life has its time and its moments. Believe.

Channelled Message from Tall White Galactics

We are the true source of love and light Tall Whites here today to talk to you about the co-vid crisis and what that means for all of you. Nothing is what it seems. Too many people are making a big deal out of it but eventually it will all have to die down.

What you aren’t seeing is that the creation of the virus leads to the promotion of panic and with that the necessity for a vaccine no one really needs. You see, they need to create fear in order to spread the virus around and make it like it is important for all humans to take the vaccine, as doctors are going to start recommending.

But the virus is in the vaccine and the vaccine is going to be able to control the people who receive it because they will be giving into the fear of it. The point of knowing about all of this was to release the mass fear hold that the dark have had on all of you for centuries.

This virus instead instils fear even deeper and now we are trying much harder to release all the unawakened ones from it. It will destroy you. This fear of dying or of getting the virus will destroy you one by one. What you have to do now is give away the fear and replace it with love. Love and compassion for all beings. That is not to say none of what is happening is going to make you happy.

In actual fact, some or most of it will actually piss you off. But that is just to make sure you take notice of what is happening. The fear is trying to reinstall the fear code that will lead the human being back into the dark ages and then all we have worked for, for so long will be destroyed because so many of you have given into fear. That is not the way and we are continuously fighting that and stopping it from happening.

The media will be your downfall. Don’t believe everything you see on television or news outlets of any kind. Giving into the stories they tell will just distract you from finding out the real truth. There are negative codes in what you view. By words, deeds or even frequencies can all derail you from your path.

Unless you are privy to it they can still control your emotions from your homes even more so now that everyone is in quarantine. Believe what you will but take heed of our warnings to always take note of what you are viewing and bless what is before you. Take all messages you view with a grain of salt and question everything.

It is imperative that you don’t follow blindly what is before you but start to really think about why they are showing you these things the way they are showing you. Now on another matter. This is an activation of light; true source of love and light and it is to help you to truly understand what is going on. To see through the lies you are being told to believe and see the truth for yourself.

I activate true source of love and light within me and around me now. I only attract all the good things for me in my life. I know and feel what is true, real and for me. I know when to let things go and how to discern the things, I need to let go of.

I activate my intuition to act at its highest light and capacity for the rest of my life so that I can discern all that is in our world.

I activate all my chakras to remain and be in alignment with all that I am and all that is with true source of love and light or the true creator of all that is of the light.

I activate my knowledge that I need for this life, the DNA within me now that is coming from the higher dimension and true source to move me through to a higher timeline in all accounts in my life that will move me to the best place that my soul knows I want to be.

I activate all my gifts in my Akashic Records to please download into me, but only the gifts that I will need in this life that will only benefit me for my highest good and no other reason.

I activate my knowing of seeing how my actions can hurt people.

I activate my will to know when I am being manipulated and to change that in the moment and move everything into true unconditional love for all beings.

I activate my innate knowingness to know what I need to do that will feed my body and give it the correct nutrition for my personal needs and not because someone else is trying to change me.

I activate my higher heart chakra to open and clear itself and be open to love that I am receiving and giving to all beings in my day-to-day interactions. I open myself to be a beacon of light and love for all and not a shoulder to cry on. I open myself to help inspire others to walk in their light and see themselves for who they truly are which are souls and true light of source.

I activate my ability to bring in and manifest in anything that I want and need that will benefit my life completely. I already know I am whole and complete, and which makes me believe that I can attract anything I want.

I activate my higher chakras to align with all that is of the light and bring information that I need that will continue to guide me in the right direction.

Detox…nope!

This is just an update on my detox…it didn’t go as well as I had hoped. But I feel less attacked and heavy with negative energies.

I did purge out some fears though. It was fears about getting pregnant, being pregnant and giving birth. I actually had a huge panic attack while I was in the shower one night. I cried for a really long time as well. I guess it just needed to come out.

I am working on accessing the 7th Plane of Existence which is helping to raise my vibration to a higher frequency. It is tough, but I am getting better at doing it.

Maybe I did detox.
